Breathwork
1:1 breathwork sessions are designed for people who are ready to invest in their personal development and create lasting change within themselves. This work is for those who are willing to move beyond limiting patterns, expand their awareness, and take intentional steps toward the life they truly want to create.
Why Breathwork Can Create Powerful Change.
Have you ever felt like something within you doesn’t feel quite right, yet you can’t fully explain why?
Sometimes we move through life knowing we “should” feel something, whether it be happiness, a deeper sense of connectedness, or fulfilled, yet internally something still feels uneasy, disconnected, overwhelmed, or just a low mood that we can't shake off. This can show up as chronic stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, recurring patterns, tension within the body, chronic pain, or simply feeling confused about yourself.
Many people spend years trying to think their way through these experiences without realising that their nervous system may also be holding unresolved stress, emotions, and protective patterns from past experiences.
My own path into this work began through personal experiences that led me to question the deeper connection between the brain and body. Through breathwork, neuroencoding, nervous system training, and self-inquiry, I began to understand how deeply our experiences can shape the way we think, feel, and move through the world.
This journey created a deep passion within me to support others who feel ready to better understand themselves, expand their awareness, and create meaningful change from within.
Breathwork creates this bridge where the whole body, brain, and mind meet your higher self. In this space, deep awareness occurs, healing, and transformation can begin to take shape.
Conscious connected breathwork works directly with the nervous system and the body’s deeper layers, helping bring awareness to emotions, repeated patterns, and experiences that have been held beneath the surface or being suppressed.
As the breath becomes connected, the thinking mind begins to dissolve, allowing the body’s natural intelligence and healing processes to become more accessible. In this space, people often experience greater clarity, emotional release, self-understanding, and a deeper connection to themselves.
What to Expect in a Breathwork Session
My breathwork sessions combine three different elements that support the body and nervous system.
The first step is learning functional breathing. Many people are surprised to discover that they are not breathing efficiently in their everyday lives. Small adjustments in how we breathe can have a significant effect on our energy levels, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
Next, I teach a variety of daily breathing techniques that help regulate the sympathetic nervous system. These practices support relaxation, emotional balance, and resilience to stress. They are simple techniques that can easily be integrated into everyday life.
The main focus of the work I guide people through is transformational breathwork. The other breathing practices I teach are designed to support your nervous system between sessions, helping you build awareness and stability as the deeper work unfolds.
This practice works on the deeper layers within the body. Through a guided breathing process, the nervous system can access stored emotions, memories, and patterns that may be held within the body. When this happens in a safe and supportive environment, the body can begin to process these experiences and shift long-held tension.
For many people, this is where meaningful changes begin.
Because transformational breathwork can bring forward powerful experiences, it is important that the process is guided by a trained facilitator.
Having support allows the body to move through the experience safely and helps integrate what arises during the session.
How Breathwork Can Support Everyday Life
Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for supporting the body, calming the mind, and reconnecting with ourselves. At Elevated Transformation, breathwork is used as an active yet profound way to support the nervous system and create space for healing and awareness.
-
Regulating the Nervous System
Your breath has a direct relationship with your nervous system. When breathing becomes slow, steady, and intentional, it signals safety to the body. This process helps the body move out of a stress response and into a more balanced state where rest, recovery, and clarity can occur. When the mind begins to settle, the brain can more easily access the prefrontal cortex, the area connected to creativity, problem-solving, and higher awareness. During periods of ongoing stress, this part of the brain often becomes less active, which can make it harder to think clearly or feel connected to our natural creativity and intuition.
-
Supporting Stress and Anxiety
When life becomes overwhelming, the breath often becomes shallow and irregular. Breathwork practices help restore a more natural breathing rhythm, which can calm the mind and settle the body. With regular practice, many people find they are better able to navigate stressful situations with greater ease and presence.
-
Strengthening the Body’s Natural Resilience
When the body is under constant stress, the immune system can become weakened. Breathwork helps reduce stress hormones and encourages a more balanced internal environment. Supporting the breath in this way allows the body’s natural systems to function more effectively and maintain overall well-being.
-
Building Emotional Balance
Our emotional experiences often live within the body. Breathwork provides a safe way to become aware of these sensations and move through them with greater understanding. With practice, this can support emotional balance and help create a deeper sense of inner stability.
-
Increasing Energy and Focus
When the breath becomes more efficient, the body receives oxygen more effectively. This can improve energy levels and reduce feelings of fatigue. Many people find that breathwork helps them feel more motivated, productive, and engaged in daily life.
-
Supporting Physical Wellbeing
Healthy breathing patterns support the entire body. By improving oxygenation and reducing tension, breathwork can support physical performance, recovery, and overall vitality. Whether someone is active or simply looking to feel better in their body, the breath can play an important role in supporting physical health.
