Breath-work
During a breathwork session, you can become a whole body vibrating with the Quantum field. Or what many people may describe as Source, universal consciousness, spirit, God, or simply the deeper energetic intelligence that connects all living things. There are many names you can give it. In this space, every part of you feels alive, accepted, loved, and welcomed. Not one part of you, even your shadows, feels separate when you enter this expanded state. It’s like being inside a living organism beyond our human selves, pulsing and vibrating with the universe.
When we are able to reach these peak states during breathwork, it begins to change our physiology. And if we are being guided in the right way, we can begin to change our whole perception of ourselves and how we have perceived the world around us.
In this state of awareness, internal joy and love become magnetic, and through this magnetism, others begin to see the transformation, too. Everyone has a uniqueness within them that is inspiring and attractive. The longer we can remain in this state of awareness, the more it becomes our everyday way of being — our natural state, the real essence of who we are, and how we can use our gifts to inspire growth within ourselves and in the other humans walking this life beside us.
This is what an expanded state of consciousness feels like. We begin to feel life more fully and see life through a more compassionate and loving lens, hearing the beauty within this vibrational field. This comes from a state of acceptance.
Within this space, we find a deep self-admiration and a new quality of belief that becomes so ingrained in us that no external force can easily shake this inner knowing. We begin to trust ourselves more deeply as we create the ripples we are here to make.
This is where awareness can begin to dissolve limiting belief systems and soften our fears. Through this openness, we allow new opportunities into our lives.
This is why breathwork changes people’s lives.
At the same time, we still need foundational work - what I call “the back end of the business”. Breathwork is what I consider the engine, and the more finely tuned the engine becomes, the more optimised our whole system can become. That’s really where the fun begins.
If we can learn during these moments to stop worrying about the past and stop constantly thinking about the future, the distortion of our perceived reality can begin to dissolve. During these moments, the brain sends signals to the body telling it that everything is okay, that it is safe, that it’s going to be alright.
The mind begins communicating with the field, or the universe, and receives a beautiful new arrangement of energy and vibration. What once sounded like chaos can begin to sound like a symphony - the most beautifully constructed piece of music you have ever heard.
So I’m going to leave you with these questions:
What ripples do you want to create?
What choices are you going to change?
What fears are you willing to challenge in order to live life in the way it was truly intended to be lived?
